Privacy Policy
This policy explains what happens when you use TURUBA Tools and its browser-based utilities.
Information you enter
The Resume Builder and other browser-based tools use the information you enter to create the requested result. Resume drafts are automatically saved in your browser's local storage on your device so you can return to them. They are not saved to a TURUBA account or resume database. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to reopen your draft. Use “Clear saved draft and form” in the builder, or clear this site's browser data, to remove it.
The Receipt and Invoice Generator works in the current browser tab. It does not upload your entries to a TURUBA server or save a draft. Closing or refreshing its page clears the form; a PDF you save remains wherever you chose to store it. The document builder page does not load the site's advertising script.
Local media processing
Image Tools can compress, resize, convert, upscale, and sharpen selected images in your browser. Media Tools can remove image backgrounds, convert MP4 video to MP3 audio, and convert OBJ or STL files locally. Video Tools can convert common video formats, reduce video size, and apply upscaling and filtering on your device. Everyday Tools can count text and generate QR codes in your browser. Creator Tools can generate templates, UTM links, content calendars, and image dimension checks locally. The selected file, text, link, or creator notes are not uploaded to a TURUBA server. Background removal may download an AI model from a third-party content delivery network; video processing loads a WebAssembly engine from this site. The files you select are processed on your device.
Downloads and local storage
The Office to PDF tool reads selected DOCX, XLSX, and PPTX files in your browser. The DOCX and XLSX preview libraries may download from their providers when needed; the selected file is not uploaded to TURUBA Tools. When you download a file, it is saved by your browser to the location you choose. Some tool preferences may be kept temporarily by your browser. You can clear browser data at any time.
Hosting and security
TURUBA Tools is hosted on Vercel and served over HTTPS. Hosting providers may process basic technical information such as requests, browser details, and security logs to operate and protect the service.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, traffic sources, pages viewed, and basic interactions with the site. We count clicks on three homepage task shortcuts. For the image compressor, image resizer, 20KB photo tool, and PDF merge tool, we count file selection, processing start, success or failure, and download clicks using fixed tool labels. We do not send file names, file contents, resume or invoice entries, or search text in these custom events. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and process information about your browser and device. Do not include personal information in links you share to this site. You can manage cookies in your browser. See the Google Privacy Policy for how Google handles data.
Advertising and cookies
TURUBA Tools uses Monetag advertising. Its ad code may use cookies, local storage, service workers, or similar technologies to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and personalize ads where permitted. Ad formats may include onclick ads, in-page push, vignette banners, and browser push notifications. Browser notifications require your permission, which you can revoke in your browser settings. Ads may open third-party websites.
Read the Monetag Privacy Policy and use its ad preference options. You can also manage cookies and notifications in your browser settings.
External links
Some pages may link to external websites. Their privacy practices are controlled by those websites, so review their policies before sharing information.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when the portal or its services change. The date at the top shows when the current version was published.
