Remove an image background, extract MP3 audio from an MP4 video, or convert OBJ and STL 3D files. Your selected files are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to TURUBA Tools.
Remove the background from a JPG, PNG, or WebP image and download a transparent PNG. The first run downloads a browser AI model, then the model is cached by your browser.

Extract audio from an MP4 video and download an MP3 file. Processing happens in your browser using WebAssembly. Keep the input below 50MB for a smoother experience.

Convert common mesh files locally in your browser. The first version supports OBJ to STL and STL to OBJ, which are useful for 3D printing and basic mesh workflows.

File-size limits keep the tools responsive on phones and ordinary laptops.
Choose a file, run the tool, and download the result when it is ready.
No. The image, video, or 3D file is read by your browser and the result is created on your device. Background removal also downloads an AI model the first time it runs.
MP4 to MP3 conversion runs locally, so the speed depends on your device. Smaller videos usually finish faster and use less memory.
This browser version supports OBJ and STL mesh conversion. Native Maya and Blender project files can contain scenes, rigs, animation, and modifiers that need a larger conversion engine.
PRACTICAL NOTES
For background removal, use a clear subject with visible edges. The first run downloads a model, so allow it to finish. Inspect hair, glass and shadows against both light and dark backgrounds. Download the transparent PNG before leaving the page.
A concrete example
Extracting MP3 from an MP4 keeps audio, not video. An MP4 with no audio track cannot produce a useful soundtrack. For a 3D file, compare the exported geometry with the source in your modelling application before replacing any original.
Large media can exhaust browser memory; a shorter clip or smaller image may work better. Background removal is an estimate and can miss fine edges. Geometry conversion does not promise preservation of materials, rigging, animation or complete Maya/Blender scenes. Use only media you have permission to process.

No. Hair, transparent objects and low-contrast edges can require further editing. Inspect the downloaded PNG against both light and dark backgrounds.
THREE DIFFERENT JOBS
This page brings together background removal, MP4 audio extraction and 3D mesh conversion. They do not change the same kind of file. An image background remover exports a transparent PNG; MP4 to MP3 keeps an audio track and discards the picture; a mesh converter changes geometry between OBJ and STL. Choose the tab for your source before selecting a file. Keep an original outside the browser so you can compare output or repeat the process with different settings. Each job runs locally, but the first use of some features downloads a processing model or library.
Background removal works best when the subject has a clear boundary. Hair, glass, smoke, shadows and objects close in colour to the background can confuse the estimate. After processing, place the transparent PNG over both a light and dark surface. A pale halo may hide on white, while a missing dark edge may hide on black. Check the subject at normal viewing size as well as close up. If the original image contains a detailed shadow you want to keep, the removed version may not be the right asset for that use. The tool does not replace manual masking for demanding product work.
An MP4 container can hold video, audio or both. If the chosen clip has no useful audio track, an MP3 export cannot create a soundtrack. Listen to the source first and note whether speech, music and silence appear where expected. After conversion, listen to the beginning, a middle passage and the end of the downloaded file. Extraction can change encoding and metadata. A shorter source may process more reliably on a device with limited memory. Use only audio you have permission to reuse or share.
OBJ and STL are geometry formats, not complete Maya or Blender projects. Before converting, check scale, orientation and whether the source is a clean mesh. Open the exported file in the application that will consume it and compare its shape with the original. Materials, textures, rigging, animation, scene hierarchy and procedural modifiers are outside a simple mesh-format exchange. STL is commonly used when the geometry itself matters; OBJ can carry more mesh-related information, but this converter should not be treated as a full scene exporter. Keep the native project file for later edits.
Do not judge success by the presence of a download button alone. Open the exported PNG, MP3 or 3D file with the intended destination software. Large media jobs can exhaust memory or fail on an unsupported file. When a conversion fails, try a smaller source and check the original format before assuming the extension tells the whole story.
The outputs have different follow-up uses. A transparent PNG may need a checkerboard or coloured background to reveal edge defects; an MP3 needs listening rather than a visual preview; a mesh needs opening in 3D software. Match the verification step to the format. This is more informative than checking whether a file with the expected extension downloaded.
